Evergreen Construction is proud to have earned Energy Star's highest rating for our model home in Peosta, IA. With a HER score of 44 the home has been rated the tightest homes tested by Midwest Sustainable Energy, an independent testing firm. The test results show a significant reduction in the energy required to operate this home. The engineering firm has indicated 66% lower heating costs and overall energy use of 52% less than a conventional constructed home. The data speaks for itself, a SIP constructed home provides superior energy efficiency when compared to other construction methods.
